HOW WE HUNT

Safety and fun is the name of the game.  All of our hunts provide one on one attention, with a seasoned ranch employee guide helping you get the best hunting experience possible.

Hunting is performed in large pastures with a guide using a combination of hunting techniques, such as ground blinds, rattling antlers, or stalking during the rut.  We never hunt over corn and we do not feed protein.  All of the hunts are performed in the wild with a ranch employee at your side, ensuring an exciting and unforgettable hunting experience.

Want to enjoy your harvest at the end of the day?  Not a problem.  Just let us know, and we will prepare your venison for lunch or dinner.

Most hunts are booked for a single party.  We try not to mix multiple parties throughout the hunting week.  We want you to enjoy an exclusive stay at the ranch with your invited guests and friends.

SHARPEN YOUR SHOOTING SKILLS AND DEFENSIVE DRIVING.

-12 Station Sporting Clays

OUR PHILOSOPHY:

The wildlife on McAllen Ranch is a very precious resource.  We hunt very conservatively, and pay close attention to wildlife health and growth throughout the year.  Preserving nature and our wildlife is not only our duty as landowners, but it also ensures there will be a ranching business for future generations.
